A group of 8 from my family joined a cycling tour of southern Albania and it was one of my favorite vacations ever!! It was a perfect combination of physical exertion, time in nature, amazing food, relaxation time. The trip coordination was flawless – Arjan is the best of the best when it comes to guiding. He was behind the scenes making everything happen smoothly and he was great at reading the group – making the cycling challenging for those (like me!) who wanted to work hard on the bike, and making it fun and easy for those who wanted a more relaxed experience. I cannot say enough about his guiding skills and the entire trip. We highly recommend this tour!! Bonus: The value (great experience at a low cost) cannot be beat!

My wife and I went on a bike tour through Albania in September and Arjan was our main guide. We both thought he was fantastic! His friendly demeanour made him approachable and easy to relate to. He has a wealth of local knowledge which he freely shared, with pride in his country evident in his voice. He made us feel secure as he sheparded the group on the road, and then saw to our needs when off the bike. When we had a glitch with one of the hotel bookings, I was impressed by how he stood up for us with hotel manager to make it right. When combined with Albania’s natural beauty, friendly people and fantastic food, we had a most memorable, enjoyable experience thanks to Arjan and his team.
