Customer Rights

  1. All essential information about travel package will be sent to you before concluding the contract.
  2. An emergency telephone number or contact point where the traveler can get in touch with the organizer.
  3. Travelers can transfer the package to another person according to the booking Terms & Conditions.
  4. The price of the package will not be increased after concluding your booking contract with us.
  5. At any time before the start of the package travelers can terminate the contract and a termination fee or ‘My Tour Deposit’ will apply according to the booking Terms & Conditions.
  6. If the traveler is in difficulty the organizer has to provide assistance.

After the start of a tour, if Significant Changes of the package cannot be provided as agreed, alternative arrangements will have to be offered from us to the traveler at no extra cost. If we fail to provide alternative arrangements you can terminate the contract without paying any termination fee and get a refund of any payments for the Significant Change that may occur during the trip. If the Significant Change is beyond our control we will go through procedures according to the booking contract you have with us.
